Who does yoga?

Weight lifters. Teenagers who have ADD. Active senior adults. Middle aged men after hip replacements. Parents of young children. Teachers with work stress. Runners. In other words, ANYONE. can do yoga. 

 

How do I know?

As a yoga teacher and occupational therapist, I’ve taught yoga to all of them. If you think you are too old, too young, too weak, too inflexible, too restless to begin a yoga practice… think again.

All you need is a flexible mind and a willing heart. Through yoga, your body and mind can travel on the wings of your breath to a place of inner and outer strength, physical and mental agility, better balance, and calm resilience. Does this journey interest you?
